Rates
All rates listed are quoted for one week. Linen is included for four people per unit. The maximum number of people varies between 5 to 6 per unit, with an additional cost to the unit rate of $50 per person, per stay.

Payments
Gena Apartments do not have credit card or eftpos facilities. Payments can be made by bank transfer, cheque or cash.
Deposits
Low season: To confirm your booking a $200 deposit is required within 14 days of making your booking.
Peak season: An additional deposit of 50% of the total cost of accommodation is required three months prior to the relevant peak season beginning.
Cancellation Policy
Three months notification of booking cancellation is required for full refund of deposit. If the apartment is rebooked for this period then a full refund is issued. A 12% cancellation fee applies.
